    GOT SNOW?

Here it is, March 6th. and just been whacked with 12 inches of snow.  I just got last mess cleaned up, and now there is another coming for friday and Saturday, 8 to 14 inches moreAngry think I'm going to go nuts.  But, I am headed for Tampa Tuesday Morning to pick up a car in Zepherhills, ( a caddy no less ) big ole 1997 De Ville.  My friend buys low mileage clean Florida cars, and resells them here in Michigan for a good profit.  I help him drive back.  Sometime in the summer when we are goofing off on the way back, I may be able to talk him into taking the long scenic way back and come through your state.  He has said that after driving the same route for the past 28 years, it is getting boring.Automobile He is also a treasure hunter.  I have a question, have any of you flown anywhere with you detector as a carry-on item in your carry-on bag?  My Minelab Explorer XS breaks down to 19 inches and fits perfectly in my soft sided carry-on bag.   So do my headphones and 10 1/2 inch searchcoil, no tools though, will have to buy them when I land.  We usually travel, I - 75 north all the way back.  But if I can get him to take coastline, that would be fantastic!  Well, I am getting prepared for the next round of the white stuff, snowblower all gassed up and waiting to play.  Talk to y'all later.......Larry

    Re: GOT SNOW?

Really?  No Kiddin'?  If I could afford to, I'd ditch this state and never look back.  But if anything were to ever happen to my wife of 30 years I'm outta here......... She doesn't want to leave as long as her mother is alive, she is a momma's girl.  And as luck would have it, all women on her mother's side, live till they're at least 101.  No jobs here, no money, and frozen ground from Nov. to April.Crying But we have adjusted, we hunt sled hills, parking lots as snow is melting, woods hunting where fallen leaves insulate the ground from deep freezing, and coinstar machines.
