It is unlawful for a person to wilfully, knowingly, or maliciously enter upon the lands of another OR the posted lands of the State and disturb or excavate a prehistoric or historic site.
Lands of another or posted lands of another? it seems that it only points out POSTED lands of the state but not POSTED lands of another.
Sounds a little fishy to me, could lead to some misinterpretation. That needs to be fixed.
