    Flintlock Pistol

    Hey gang,

Got out to a new spot this past Saturday and made a great recovery.  Late 1700's Flintlock Muff Pistol in excellent condition.  Photos are posted on Treasurenet in Todays Finds and What Is It under the screenname Burlington.  This site is tremendous and sure to produce some real keepers.  Happy hunting to all and look forward to seeing you at the next meeting.

Do not follow where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

    Re: Flintlock Pistol

This is beyond cool.  I can't believe the condition.  My 1890's pistol took 48 hours of electrolysis to even recognize it as a gun.  Congrats on a Banner Find.
